"Didn’t work for my tiny newborn"
I really wanted this to be easy to use, but it just didn’t feel right with my newborn. He seemed too curled up and sat really low, so I kept taking him out and redoing the wrap because I was worried about his chin position and breathing.

my basic ask was just for it to feel secure and safe for those first few weeks, and it didn’t. Maybe it’s better once they’re a little bigger, but for the newborn stage it was more stressful than helpful for me, so I barely used it.

I washed it once on gentle like I normally do, and it came out all weird and shrunken in places. Not sure what happened with that part, but it definitely didn’t fit the same after

"Shipping felt really slow to me"
I ordered from sollybaby.com, and in my experience, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really give me much clarity either, so I was left wondering what was going on. it was frustrating for me.

"Probably bad timing, but not as soft as I expected"
I might’ve just bought this at the wrong time because my baby’s skin has been extra sensitive lately, but the fabric felt a little rougher than I was expecting. For the price, I really thought it would be softer. Maybe it would be fine for some babies, but it didn’t work out great for us and I was disappointed

It looked really cute, the baby seemed fine in it. But for me, my shoulders and back started hurting quickly. I kept trying to adjust it, hoping I could make it feel better, but yeah, it just never got comfortable for me.

"I gave up fast"
I really thought I was going to love this wrap, but my first reaction was just nope, this is way too confusing. I watched a bunch of videos and kept trying, but I could never get it to feel comfortable or secure. After a few attempts, I got frustrated and gave up.

"Felt safe, but a bit left in the dark"
Checkout felt secure and I didn’t have any issues placing the order, but the shipping updates were slow. I kind of felt ignored while waiting because I wasn’t getting much info on what was happening

"Absolutely did not hold up"
At first, I was sure I’d made a great buy because it felt really nice. But there is no question this thing wore out way too fast. The fabric stretched out quickly, and the stitching started coming loose like it was never going to last in the first place.

"Nice wraps, but the colors are kinda meh :-/"
The wraps feel really nice, but I wish they came in cuter colors. A lot of the shades feel boring, and the styles all start to look the same after a while..!

"Just Didn’t Work for Us"
I really wanted this wrap to work, especially because I’ve used other baby carriers in the past without this much trouble. But after trying it a few times, my baby never seemed to get comfortable. He kept fussing and arching his back, and no matter how many times I adjusted it, it still felt too tight. I’m sure it might be great for some babies, but for us it ended up being more stressful than helpful.

I tried using the site to find some wrap info for my brother, but it got annoying. The pages were slow, it took way too long to find what I needed, and the checkout part was confusing. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up.

"Adorable, but it didn’t feel supportive enough"
I really wanted to like this wrap because it’s genuinely cute and the fabric feels nice and soft. But once I actually had my baby in it, my back and shoulders started hurting quickly. I tried re-tying it a few different times, but it never felt quite secure or supportive enough to make me comfortable. I also contacted customer support, and their response felt kind of generic, which was disappointing. Overall, it has a nice look and feel, but for the price, I expected a lot better.

"First impression wasn’t great for the fit"
Right away, I could tell the fit was a little off. I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but it was kind of hard to get right and still felt weird no matter what I did.

I got this thinking it would make things more hands-free, but I literally kept having to adjust it the whole time. My baby didn’t seem comfortable in it either, so it just wasn’t very useful for me...

"Prices kind of killed it for me"
They do have some really cute stuff, but the prices are just way too high for me. I was ready to buy something, but whoever set those prices made it hard to justify.

My first impression was that the whole process seemed straightforward, and overall it was. I needed to exchange for a different size, and while it took a few days to hear back, they did get it sorted without much hassle. I do wish the response had been a little quicker, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

"Just got too warm for us"
I really, like, wanted to love this wrap, but it just didn’t breathe very well for me and my baby. After maybe 10 minutes, my baby’s back was already sweaty, and my shirt was kind of damp too.

It might be totally fine in cooler weather, but for regular days where we live, it got way too hot fast. I ended up not using it anymore because, we were both just uncomfortable.
